Ingredients: Green tea (Camellia sinensis) (leaves) 2g tea bag. Green tea contains naturally occurring theanine, catechin polyphenols, flavonoids, caffeine, vitamins and minerals.*

Suggested Use: Adults: Drink 1 cup of tea, twice daily. Use 1 tea bag per cup. Pour boiling water over tea bag. Steep for 3-5 minutes, depending on desired strength. No sugar or milk needed. Enjoy the original flavor and aroma of this tea without changing the taste with sugar. If you prefer a sweeter taste, try adding a small amount of stevia or honey.
