Suggested Use: Adults: Right before bedtime, tilt head backwards and open mouth wide. Keeping bottle upright, point black spot on spray bottle towards the inside of the mouth. Spray three times, directing the spray towards the back of the throat. Swallow and repeat again. For best results, do not eat or drink after use.
